Steve Nelson has been employed by HSBC Bank plc for 35 years having worked in all segments of the bank including leadership roles in Head Office, Corporate, Retail and Risk environments, across the UK. For the last 7 years Steve has headed the bank’s UK regional team looking after Large Corporate/Global clients which are in financial and/or operational distress delivering consensual solutions to materially improve the risk profile for both the benefit of the bank and the customer. Steve has been a school governor for 13 years having previously served for 10 years as Chair and Finance Governor of Storth Primary School before joining the Trust Board.

Stewart Lawrenson

Stewart Lawrenson is a self-employed building contractor. Stewart is the Chair of Governors at a local primary school and a very well respected member of the local community. Stewart’s professional expertise offers support to the maintenance and buildings development aspects of the Trusts operation. Stewart is also the designated safeguarding governor.
